No Uniforms, No Belts, No Boards, No Testing. Just Serious Fun! The program is built around core exercise movements, which combines strength, cardio and stabilization exercises.

These 30 minute workouts will help improve your flexibility and stamina while getting you into shape. Each class is different. You’ll do jumping jacks, push-ups, planks, sit-ups, kicks, punches, and other excises. It is a great workout!

This is the perfect workout for people with limited time and hectic schedules. This is a “Boot-Camp” style workout and is a great way to meet new people that share a common interest.
